Munson Healthcare and its affiliated facilities employ more than 4,000 people system-wide. More than 320 physicians practice within the system, representing 41 specialties. Volunteers play an important role in serving patients, contributing in excess of 100,000 hours annually.

A regional, nonprofit system, Munson Healthcare offers a broad continuum of services. Annually, our team cares for more than 350,000 people from 32 counties.

To ensure patients have access to care that’s close to home, the Munson Healthcare system includes affiliated community hospitals throughout northern Michigan. In addition to it’s tertiary center, Munson Medical Center, employment opportunities are available at five community hospitals — Kalkaska Memorial Health Center, Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital in Frankfort, Mercy Hospital Cadillac, Mercy Hospital Grayling and West Shore Medical Center in Manistee. The system also includes a fully-integrated, emergency medical and patient transport service, North Flight EMS, and offers a full-range of in-home services through Munson Home Health.
