Medication Therapy Management
This service is covered by Medicare Part D medication programs. A pharmacist will help you safely manage your medications by reviewing all of your current medications and communicating with your physician. This program is ideal for people who:

- Take prescription and non-prescription medications, and herbal supplements
- Have problems with medication side effects or drug interactions
- Have recently started several new medications
- Are unsure about medication effects or how to use them properly

Medication Planner Set Up
A pharmacist will place your medications in a convenient pill dispenser so that each dose is ready to take. A one-month supply of doses is sorted by day and time, including any vitamins, herbal supplements, or over the counter medications.
This service helps eliminate confusion about when to take medications. Pharmacists verify dosages with your physician to make sure all medication is being taken properly.
Long-term Care and Assisted Living Delivery
