Mercy Hospital Cadillac Offers Online Job Applications for both Internal and External Applicants
Completing and mailing in a hard copy application/resume will soon be obsolete at Mercy Hospital Cadillac, thanks to new technology.

Effective July 1, 2009 Mercy Hospital Cadillac will no longer be accepting paper applications/resumes. All applications must be completed online. Mercy Hospital Cadillac is pleased to announce its integration of new technology allowing internal and external applicants to apply online. This new feature has several benefits including making the recruitment process more efficient and smooth for applicants and job interviewers.

This new technology gives both internal and external applicants a username and password, allowing them to apply for multiple jobs without having to submit new paperwork each time.

Instead of stacks of paper resumes, managers now sort applicants by the skills and prerequisites needed to fill the position. Job interviews and job offers are handled electronically as well.

To apply for a position with Mercy Hospital Cadillac you will need to have an active email address to finalize your application. If you do not have an email address, there are several free email services available on the Intranet.

Online Employment Applications may be completed on any computer that has Internet access.
