BS/MS degree from an accredited PA/NP Program and hold a State of Michigan Physician's Assistants / Nurse Practitioner license.

Full-time opportunity as a general family practice healthcare provider. Work 4-5 days a week with no night calls. Practice 2 days a week in a Frankfort family practice and 2 – 2 ½ days a week in an Empire family practice. Seeking experienced NP or PA to work solo seeing patients while physician is seeing patients at other practice. These busy and growing practices are located 25 minutes apart. Standard hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
